nact doesn't create ~/.nautilus-actions directory

Description

Nact can't save any configs. The problem is that it doesn't create ~/.nautilus-actions if it's missing.

Indeed, this is a real problem. This is the kind of bug we don't see when we only works on the development machine.

Sorry about that I will try to package a fix quickly.

Add an entry in the FAQ to explain the problem and how to work around since the new release is out.

Problem fixed in next release.

The default per user config path has been changed to follow fd.o guidelines. Now it will be in ~/.config/.nautilus-actions. Nact will move your old folder if it exists or create the new one if it doesn't exists
